You have deadlines to meet and we prefer to solve issues the moment they occur. That is why we have implemented our live chat within the Maglr Editor.
Experience the ease of asking for live help from your working station. As soon as a question arises, simply click the chat bubble in the right-bottom corner of the screen and you will be connected to a Maglr employee. No need to keep the chat window open. Incoming responses appear clearly at the top of your screen.
It’s not a secret that we have an aversion against chatbots. They’re proven to be inefficient and too often don’t end up answering your question correctly.
Maglr consists of a small team and we like offering you personal support. Your message is sent to all the employees in the Maglr helpdesk and answered as quickly as possible during business hours.
