Questions & information about interactive sales presentations

  • What is an interactive presentation, slide deck, or pitch deck?

An interactive presentation, slide deck or pitch deck are all terms to describe a visual aid typically used to convey information, ideas or proposals to an audience in a structured manner. It entails a collection of slides that contain text, images, graphs, charts, and other multimedia elements to support the presenter’s message. Commonly, they are used in meetings, conferences and seminars to enhance audience understanding and engagement.

  • How do I create a good interactive presentation?

An interactive presentation is used to convey a message, idea or proposal. That means that the contents of a presentation should be of clear structure to enhance audience understanding. Moreover, it is important to keep your audience engaged which van be done with various multimedia, interactive elements and animations. Here are a few tips on how to create a good interactive presentation:

    • Understand who your audience is to tailor your interactive elements to resonate with them and keep them engaged
    • Create content that is visually appealing and engaging by using text, multimedia and animations effectively
    • Make use of clickable links, embedded multimedia and other interactive simulations to support your message
    • Incorporate interactive elements in ways that invite audiences to participate, for example polls and quizzes
    • Practice and test your interactive presentation on multiple devices to ensure it works smoothly
    • Keep it simple and find good balance between interactive and static elements
  • Can I create multiple interactive presentations?

We don’t want to restrict anyone in their creative process. That is why we offer unlimited publishing within one environment for every license type. That means that you are able to create as many interactive presentations as you please within the same navigation frame.

  • Can I also use Maglr to create other interactive content or digital publications, for example digital magazines, brochures, annual reports, interactive infographics or white papers?

Certainly! Maglr is an incredibly versatile design tool for online publications as well as micro content. Check out our various online publishing examples such as magazines, white papers, annual reports and infographics. Also consider the possibility of using Maglr for much more than traditional print formats, for example snackable content, feature highlights, scrollytelling pages, landing pages or even microsites. Can’t get enough? Have a look at our inspiration page.

  • Can I download or export my presentation?

Within certain license types, we offer the option to download publications as a PDF file. This file represents screenshots of your publication, meaning its contents are statics. Interactive elements and animations will no longer work as you have designed them. Click here for more information on how to download your publication as a PDF.

  • Will I be able to use Maglr if I have no design or coding experience?

Maglr is an intuitive, user-friendly, no-code software solution. That means that we strive to create an environment suitable for both beginners and seasoned designers alike. While all designs are eventually converted into a valid web document upon publications, you don’t need to know how to write code. What you want to create decides which editor will be a good fit for your organisation. Click here for more information on our two editors.
