This implementation guide has been developed by Bax & Company, a consortium of experts from Europe and the United States and insights from public authorities such as the city of Rotterdam, the city of Antwerp, the city of Mechelen, Valenciennes Metropole and Norfolk County Council. All of which are participating in the MOBI-MIX project which is commissioned by the EU Interreg 2Seas programme.
