Maglr has been involved in motorsports for many years. Clients who have ever visited our office have of course noticed this. Because our office is on top of a garage that is filled with racing cars.
So we decided it was time for us to show them in real life, where our love for motorsports comes from. As an official sponsor of the Mazda MX-5 Cup, we therefore invited our clients to experience the Gamma Racing Day 2019 as a VIP on Saturday, August 17th, 2019! It was a nice family day full of activities, where even the weather couldn't stop us. Of course, Berry van Elk, CEO of Maglr, couldn't resist driving the MX-5 Cup in our very own "Maglr racing car"!
About the Gamma Racing Days
The Gamma Racing Days is the largest combined car, motorcycle and kart racing event in Europe! During the weekend from Saturday 17 to Sunday 18 August, you will experience all kinds of races from close by and you'll have your nose on top of the most expensive technology of motor sports. As a Malgr VIP invitee, our guests had access to the paddock, the inner area of the TT Circuit Assen, literally the heart of the GAMMA Racing Day. They could see from upclose how the teams were preparing, what technology was in all vehicles and hear the roar of the engines from closeby.

A day full of joy and surprises
In addition to access to the paddock, our guests were also invited to our 'Maglr' hospitality tent where they could relax and enjoy a snack and a drink. They also had access to a private grandstand where they had a perfect view of the first two corners of the circuit, where the most exciting actions and crashes happen. Two of our guests were even surprised with a place at the starting position in the passenger seat of the pace car of the Supercar Challenge!
